Xerces Society Pollinator Lecture
The Orleans Conservation Trust is hosting a Pollinators educational lecture at the CHO Meeting House on Tuesday June 13th at 6:30 PM. The event is free but registration is required (limited capacity)

Sea Call Farm Water Shut Off on Nov 1
The Conservation Commission’s office has informed us that the water will be shut off on November 1. Those wishing to plant winter and/or cover crops may wish to do so before end of October.

Master Gardener Fall Symposium
The Master Gardeners will be presenting their fall symposium, Autumn Joy, virtually this year. Six Simple Steps to Successful Rose Gardening will be held at 10 am Saturday, October 2.

Plots Must Be 70% Planted by July 15th
Per Sea Call rules, plot owners need to have planted at least 70% of their plots by July 15th. Please consider downsizing to a half plot, or ask for help if you cannot manage a full-sized plot.

Significant Garden Activity by June 15th
Per Sea Call rules, if by June 15th, significant gardening activity, defined as planting one-third of the plot, has not taken place, membership may be revoked, after notice and without refund.

Peter Jensen will be providing a demonstration of double digging beds at Jan’s plot on May 22 and May 23 from 3-5 pm.
